Dead? Don't panic! [Posted on 2008-02-06]
After six months of use this monitor suddenly died. Pursuing a warranty claim, I found out that X2Gen went bankrupt. If your monitor dies and the power brick is cold, be aware that generic replacement power bricks are available on Ebay for $20 including shipping. Just be sure that the replacement meets or exceeds the power requirements, 40 watts or 4 amps. This plug and play repair worked perfectly for me.
