I have the new iMac flat screen with DVD burner and was getting really frustrated with the unreliability of the DVD's I was burning. I tried Apple brand, Memorex, and several others with ok to poor results. Frames skipped, sound problems occured, or the DVD would just not play at all in some machines. I read on the Apple discussion forums that people had really good luck with Maxell branded DVD-R's so I gave it a shot. I had a project come up and I had to burn 50 copies of a DVD and they all ran on every single person's DVD player that had received the DVD's with no problems! Don't settle for the cheapie bargain bulk lots, spend a little bit extra to ensure people can see your work.
