If this is turbo, I'd hate to see what they call "slow" [Posted on 2007-11-23]
I looked at the RPM on this and the "turbo" description and decided to pay the extra $25 or $30 over the Passport for this drive. What a mistake. Klutzy loading and unloading software has to be run to make this thing go into turbo mode, and even then it's way slower than the Passport that I have. On other sites I saw it rated only one star. Apparently it's a little faster only when working with huge files. My audio books and MP3 music are all little tiny things. Takes hours to fill.

I'm using it as a storage drive, rather than current backups, so at least I don't have to deal with it very often.
