I am only reviewing such an archaicly old card because this(and i'ts brwon noser customer defenders) is the point I swtiched to nVidia! If you are a computer savy advanced user like me who still can't get games to run, than it is not your fault. The drivers are a disaster and have been since day one. Let me tell you something! I have been using computers proficiently for 15 long years(since highschool!) and I know the ins and outs of MS's windows 3.1-XPPro! If you can't get your games to run no matter what you do, it's time for another card! nVidia is usually compatilbe with everything(even games designed more on ATI optimisation like Half life!) Further, driver issues not only go unresolved for months(even years at times) the ones that DO get fixed usually come back in later releases. I don't know how many times Knights of the Old Republic went from working to not working to working to not even loading! I've had problems with other games too numourous to mention. I have been using nVidia's 7800 GS for about two years and video card issues have vanished! so I am not the fault, you are! for defneding lacky driver pushers who never apply effort to fixes! So you "brown sniffers" out there need to quit telling me to stop using my computer and instead stop using yours, your all a bunch of idiots playing "expert" to the expert! Only people over 30(teens of the 80's) should even touch a PC in my opinion and only they should play PC games, I am a 1980s PC jocky. YOu childeren of Y2K don't tell ME not to I tell YOU! and that's it! go play a nintendo mario game you!
