Customer Reviews:

Great phone [Posted on 2006-07-21]
This phone is a great buy. I bought mine three years ago and it still works fine - I find none of the problems other people have mentioned. It is true that the battery eventually needs to be replaced, but that is always the case with any phone battery.
I easily have replaced my battery only once, and the phone continues to work fine. The reception is good, and the range is more than adequate for any household. Also, the phone is of solid construction, I have dropped it several times over the years and it still works fine. I think this is one of the best phones out there. Other people have made some complaints, but mostly it is apparent that they just didn't know how to properly use the phone.

Advertised as wrong product [Posted on 2006-08-25]
This phone was advertised as a 3 line phone--I checked and re-checked tht listing on the description when purchasing---and now that I want to return it, I get NO RESPONSE from Eek Technology whom it was purchased from.
*POORLY LISTED

* WON'T DO THIS AGAIN!!!

No big improvement [Posted on 2006-11-10]
We bought this phone to replace a staticky earlier model. It behaved just as badly in the same outlet as the earlier one, so we moved it to another room where it's fairly static-free. In other respects, it is an improvement: more features, and the sound is noticeably better. But it is still as vulnerable to static in certain settings as the old one.

nice phone [Posted on 2007-01-26]
it is a nice phone for what use it for..i have 3 ext. phones to go with it..it works all around my property, with no problems

Broken after only 8 months! [Posted on 2007-05-05]
This was a fairly good phone for the first 8 months we owned it.

Clarity was exceptionally good.

We wish the volume was better - expecially with a headset plugged in. Because of my job I have my hearing tested anually by the department of defense and know that the problem is indeed with the phone and not me.

The phone now does not work reliably. The headset intermittently shuts down mid-call without warning. We often get beeps with an "AT&T G24" advisory flashing in the display along with a flashing blue light - it would seem that the handset now has problems communicating with the base. Pretty dissapointing for a product that was and still is so expensive!
