This works fine for image scanned pdf files UNLESS its in landscape. See direct quote below from Able2Extract support.
"Thanks for the file. Since there is no electronic information in scanned PDF files, the OCR engine cannot replicate the original spacing in Excel, Word, etc. The text output, in most instances, will lose the original formatting if converting from landscape scanned pages."
This renders the product useless for my purposes, converting large volumes of financial information into usable data.
