It is not easy to move within the product. It could have been much better designed. I do have to say that the folks at Keyko are super friendly and super helpful. I contacted them a couple of times and they replied immediately with the right answer and a desire to help.-Maybe it is just the way it is supposed to be but we are not used to good customer service anymore. Oh, and the best part is that I think they answer in the US and use good English (remarkable, isn't it?).

I purchased the 3 CD ROMs at a very competitive price, however was disappointed with the content. Although easily explained tutorial there were far too many short cuts and explanations not given. There were no reasons why you would do a certain step and never a reason behind the process. It was also very hard to go back and forward to practice what was shown on each lesson. There was no hardcopy material with any lessons. The interactive multimedia was a pleasure to watch but this was let down hugely by the content. The lessons were like do 1, 2, 3 and that was it! , sure that may be fine but it doesn't cut it in terms of learning. It was more of a do this and don't ask questions. Overall I was dissapointed
