Great little enclosure [Posted on 2008-06-16] Not much to say: It's another quality Antec device, quiet even when the drive is being accessed, stable, indicator light is bright but not over the top and it looks good enough to leave it out where it can be seen. My only word of caution for others is if you are looking for a quick-swap enclosure this is not the one for you. It's not difficult but I can certainly see getting a bit annoyed if I had to install/swap drives often.
No flaws. [Posted on 2008-06-17] I've always held Antec cases in high regards, having purchase 2 PC cases from them in the past.
This is a great device and lives up to the Antec reputation.
Excellent build quality and construction.
Very easy to install and use.
Highly recommended.
Outstanding enclosure [Posted on 2008-06-18] As others have written, this enclosure is easy to setup; I had it up and running within 5 minutes. The finish and LED look slick and match most other standard black components. I am still in the early stages, but drive temperature looks great.
Don't expect the rebate [Posted on 2008-06-25] If there's a rebate on this product. RUN as fast as you can. Do NOT expect to receive it. Antec is the WORST company when it comes to rebates. The falsely claim they never received it, and then repeatedly push back the dates they claim they are going to mail it hoping you'll forget about it. They don't respond to BBB complaints and lie to the AG. This is a HORRIBLE company that produces mediocre products.
Easy to setup [Posted on 2008-07-05] This is something which is hard to review until you have had it awhile but initial setup was a breeze and I am moving data from the old hard drive to new harddrive with the ease of a memory stick
