Nice drive. Asus does it again. No problem with standard CDR, CD-RW, DVD R/W. Unfortunately, I bought it to edit Sony camcorder miniDVDs and neither it nor my drive seem to be able to play them :P ...Nothing is easy ! Maybe I have to get Sony's Studio software. I should have known!

product installed easily, burns media reliably. Really nice convenience feature is its ability to burn labels on top side of media too (of course, you gotta buy spedial DVD/ CD for that feature to work). I'll buy 2 more of these.

I have had no problems with the drive since installing it myself. The install was extremely simple. The light-scribe feature is awesome. Burns DVDs very fast. Highly recommended.

Recieved item quickly installed worked better than advertised using vista OS. I would highly recommend this drive to anyone needing to upgrade.

So far I am happy with the lightscribe drive. It preforms well and does a pretty good job on creating labels. The one thing that got me about the list is it states 2 lightscribe disc are included with the drive. I did not receive any disc and had to order some and wait for them to arrive to try it out. I have not benchmarked the drive yet but, I will soon. All in all the product is a good one.
