I think for the price, this is a very sturdy shredder...
I use it for home purposes and only use it sparingly as I only shred junkmail. If you're looking for an affordable shredder, this is it.
Only one thing I would improve, a bigger basket for the shredded materials.

It only takes 6 sheets at a time (which is pushing it) and it just cuts into strips (not small pieces). Even just putting 1 sheet in at a time it tends to go crooked and jam.

This shredder works well. My only issue is that periodically you have to push the shredded paper down in the basket, otherwise it will stack up and stop you from shredding. But hey, for 17 bucks, I am ok with that.

I purchased this item as I had Aurora 6 sheet shredder before for 3 years and I was satisfied with its performance over these years. The Aurora changed the design of this shredder to the point that it actually does not perform. After couple of sheets of regular paper the shredder jammed and it took me half an hour to remove pieces of paper from it. Then it happen again in the next 10 minutes, so I cleaned it again,spending another halp an hour or so. When it jammed for the 3rd time, I decided-that is it... and returned it back.

Nice small shredder. Does not cross cut! I place mine by the door to shredded the junk mail as it comes in the house but wish I would have spend a little more and gotten a bigger shredder. Have to empty every other day and it jams up easly.
