big disappointment!! [Posted on 2007-01-04] I liked American McGee's other game alice, much better. In this game my main gripe is that, aside from the game being linear in every way imaginable, THE MUSIC CUT OUTS FOR HOURS AT A TIME!!! It's like watching a real cartoony cartoon without sound: useless
Bad Game, LAme [Posted on 2007-04-02] I am a huge American McGee fan but this game is shamefully bad. The mechanics of the game would have been better had they been written by chinese gold farmers. This game is not worth the box it came in.
Buy Alice, or if you played that buy Scrapland instead.
good doughnuts [Posted on 2007-10-17] As always I got my purchase before the ETA. It was an interesting game to play a bit hilarious,a bit morbid; I wish it was longer, and included areas like San Fernando Valley with their white skin heads and Asian gangs, and made Beverly Hills more exploratory. The doughnut shop in the mini mall in the first level does exists in real life along with the wackburger joint, but in reality the place is an Asian "take out" place instead of a burger joint. I went to the doughnut shop and told them there mall was in a game but they gave me the "I no speaka English look" with a smile. The doughnuts where good though.
