I bought this after looking online at a few others and after reading numerous reviews.
I charged it and it only took me about 3 minutes to start using!! I was afraid that it would be to technical for me ( I bought a D-link for my laptop a year ago and was never able to program it).
So, I ended up buying the same one for my boyfriend. I was going to give him mine and order a different brand for myself incase I did not like it.
We now have a black one and a red one.

Pro:
- it's lightweight and quite comfortable
- sound quality on my end is quite good; sometimes there are sound quality issues on the other end, though
- volume controls are easy to find and function well
- volume range is excellent
- initiating a call is easy and voice commands work well
- range is very good; about 15 feet
Con:
- ear bud is a little large and it's difficult to make it sit in my ear correctly...it would be better if it had one of the silicone ear pieces I have used
- to hang up, you have to hold the button for exactly the right amount of time: too short, it changes the voice isolation setting; too long, it shuts the bluetooth off
- my Razr takes a little longer to "find" to the BlueAnt than I like...sometimes up to a minute...when I initially turn it on

The blueant has worked pretty well for me so far. I used it with a Treo for a while, and it was fantastic. I've now switched to a Blackjack and it's not working so well, it constantly drops out. I suspect this is the phone and not the headset since the headset worked great with another phone. So if you have the Blackjack, you might want to investigate this. It might just be my particular phone.

I am completely satisfied it is without a doubt the best ear piece I have purchased and I have had many. Its light, does not move about the ear,the sound and clairity are as if I had the phone to my ear. Noise cancellation is also the best I have experienced in a head set. I highly recomend this product Its worth your interest. Don, Meridian Id.

This is an excellent Bluetooth headset. Very easy to set up and use. The sound is great and most people don't even know I'm using it when speaking with them. The batt. lasts a long time and it charges very quickly. If you wear it for longs periods for time it will start to bother you ear.
