Handy device, poor model/software [Posted on 2006-10-19]
I use my phone quite often so I was happy that I could easily move audio and picture files to/from my phone to computer with this device. Price was reasonable and it worked as directed for a month. The software, bluesoliel, was glitchy and after repeated attempts to contact customer service, they never contacted me with any solultion. After a month, the software went into evalutaion mode, no more file transfer unless you want to spit out another 20 bucks for crapy software? I don't think so. Find a better product!
