I don't know what is wrong with this thing, but it doesn't even work with my computer! I don't know if the product is a rip off or if it just doesn't work with vista. Worst of all, there were no instructions with it!!!

This has worked just as I wanted. It came with an installation disk, and I have been able to transfer pictures off my phone, and a song onto my phone, to/from my computer. Fairly straightforward controls. My only "complaints" would be that mine is black, instead of the pretty blue that the picture seems to be, and it would be better with a loop or something, so you could hook it on a keychain. It is quite small and, while I haven't lost it yet, it's a very real possibility.

I bought this to use with my Blackberry, so I wouldn't have to plug in the USB cable to sync my contacts and calendar. It serves that purpose perfectly. I plugged it into the back of my computer six months ago, and haven't had to touch it since.

I haven't used it for anything else, not even dial-up networking over Bluetooth, so I can't speak to it's suitability for that.
