This product initially seemed very promising on booting up and my pre-schooler was quite excited. Well that was until the program kept locking up when playing several of the games (requiring us to kill the program using the Task Manager). We have many software titles that work successfully on our computer but this one just doesn't (in fact this is the first of 30+ software titles we have that has a problem). It may be the case that the game can't play nice with certain anti-virus/spyware/firewall pages, issues with certain graphics cards, etc. but I wouldn't know because BrighterChild's support page is useless. We bought this for $2 and we overpaid -- well at least until this software is patched or any semblance of a FAQ page is set up. Buyer Beware!
