i purchased this phone and im using it with tmobile. when i got it i called tmobile and configured it for mms and tzones with no problem. the reception is great better than the rzr i was using and i live in a border city. the camera is good quality of course it doen't beat a digital camera with 8megapixels. the mp3 player is fun i didn't use the software that came with it if your running windows xp or newer it finds the driver for it and you just plug it in and transfer files. i would give it a 5 in my opinion but it is a little slow nothing to give it bad ratings over.
