I am a sufferer of sensitive skin... particularly right above the neckline. I have tried every possible combination of shaving with a blade and several electric razors. This by far is the best I have used to date. Don't get me wrong it's not cheap and there is a need for steady supply of cleaning solutions and replacement blades to keep your razor at top performance, however, it has been worth every penny.
I don't want you to walk away with the impression that this shaver is the only part of the solution... absolutely not. I still use a shaving lubricant and when I have finished shaving I have to immediately spray my face with an antimicrobial (any type of first aid spray). But this combination has been a winner for me. No longer does shaving have to be a painful ordeal and I don't walk around looking like I have a bad case of hives.

I have to come clean, I have had Braun shavers for most of my life but recently had switched to a remington (due to my local store being out of all brauns) after mine had died. I shelled out over $70 for a Remington and would never again stray. This braun is great, very close shave and no nicks. Not sure what the other guy is talking about on the nicks! The cleaning process, I was a bit skeptical about, but it is worth it in the end. I have a thick beard and for the money and not having to clean it myself, it is well worth it. Also, I used to get acne coming back every once in awhile but with this cleaning system, it seems almost non-existent. I am guessing that having a sterile and clean blade probably helps my face, go figure! Would definitely recommend.

I love the feel of this shaver. A lot smoother than my previous 7 series. I have not used the cleaner yet!

Much better than the last electric razor I was using (Remington Titanium MS 5500); closer shave, better trimmer, less razor-burn, better cleaning system. Some areas of my face get an excellent close shave, just like a blade. But, after a few weeks, I am still figuring out how to get a good shave without repeatedly going over some areas without irritation. This razor does so well with some places, I've raised my standards for my whole face.
Overall, I'm happily experimenting with a very good razor & went ahead and bought a years supply of cleaning solution.

This shaver is amazing. Well worth the money. I had a norelco triple head shaver for three years and my face never got used to it and I never got a clean shave. I bought the braun 360 complete and was amazed at the great shave from day one. It's the closest thing to a razor and doesn't
tear up your face. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
