Features: TRABAJAN BIEN PARA MEMORIAS CORSAIR Y PARA OTRAS MARCAS SE PUEDEN ADAPTAR [Posted on 2008-09-07] YO TENGO UNAS MEMORIAS MARCA OCZ Y PEDI ESTE PRODUCTO PERO QUE DABAN MUY ARRIBA LOS VENTILADORES ASI QUE LE QUITE LAS GRAPAS QUE LLEVAN A LOS LADOS Y PUSE EL BLOCK DE VENTILADORES PEGADOS DIRECTAMENTE ARRIBA DE LAS MEMORIAS Y LOS AMARRE CON UNOS CINCHOS Y JALARON MUY BIEN. HAY QUE PONERLOS DIRECTAMENTE A LA TOMA DE CORRIENNTE DE 12V PARA QUE JIREN AL 100% LOS VENTILADORES Y ECHEN MAS AIRE
Very nice but.... [Posted on 2008-10-03] This is a great product that works well and is easy to install.
Like a lot people have said, once mounted it can slide side-to-side but unless you are constantly and roughly moving your computer around, it is not going to go anywhere so I wouldn't worry about it.
I'd have given it five stars except Corsair chose to use really cheap fans, I've had this about a week and can tell already that I'll probably have to replace the fans with higher (read high) quality fans that won't start making noise in less than a week.
Works surprising well. [Posted on 2008-10-21] Hello, I installed this with little trouble. It just barely clears everything. It moves lots of air for it size(I'm guessing the large air flow is due to the jet engine design). Is more quiet than the slot fan that vents the VGA (see my review on the slot cooler). Fit is "nice and secure". It sits high above the memory giving lots of room for memory cooling fins but gets in the way of the VGA card cooler(see my review on it)I like it.
Did I really need it? [Posted on 2008-11-24] Nope, didn't really need it but it looked cool. Ran well for about 6 months but now one of the fans is sticking and is making a humming noise
Solid Performance [Posted on 2008-12-21] Personally, I do not own this RAM cooler, but a friend of mine does, and it does significantly well. For those of you who do not believe it does anything, you are dead wrong... kind of. It's hard to tell any difference immediately, but it does prolong the life of your RAM cards, especially if you are currently and/or planning to overclock your RAM.
