Dont be deceived by their size, they have some decent quality for sound and the volume is loud enough for an entire drawing/dining room. If you are watching a movie on your laptop then the only distraction might be the blue light(power indicator), apart from that, everything is superb, great design, its cute and color is cool. Buy it only if you have mail-in rebate offer/free shipping, if not compare with other competitors for a great deal.
Worst speakers EVER [Posted on 2006-02-18]
I have never heard so much awful sound come out of something so small. These were simply the worst speakers ever. They are scratchy and tinny and you have to turn the volume all the way up and that makes them hiss and buzz. I hope they were defective-- thats what I said when I returned them-- because I can't believe any company would sell something that was this terrible. Oh and the silver-- it is just a bit of paint on the front. The speakers are actually white.

These speakers are quite small and somewhat powerful. They are great to put on a nightstand or for taking on trips when you'll be near power supply. Will fit easily in a laptop bag for watching movies. The little blue light is very bright which you may like or not i did at first and now i really don't. If you want a cheap set of speakers then go ahead and you wont regret it.

There are no instructins of anykind or anything with this item, and it says it is also a 5 gig mp3 player, well it comes with no software or anything else. If all u want is speakers to plug in its your bag if u want more forget it

These speakers sound exactly like they appear, small and cheap. I would not recommend them for anything other than the most minimal applications. If you listen to music or watch movies or videos on your computer, then look for a better set of speakers. The sound these make has no "depth". I had them repackaged and ready to return after the first hour I owned them.
