not good [Posted on 2007-03-22] I tried to install the game in windows XP and it does not work.
Growing up on Perry Mason [Posted on 2007-06-08] If you grew up watching Perry Mason or Columbo, you will have fun looking for clues and putting together proof of the crime. Be sure to pick up the patch at the company site. Most of the newer CSI and Law and Order really do need 1GB of memory, but mystery fans will have fun with them.
Better than Dark Motives [Posted on 2007-09-04] To really test your investigative skills, you need to play this game on the most difficult level. Anything less than that makes this game a click through to some degree, meaning that all you have to do is click on the highlighted items and it will take you to the next step. This however, is much better than CSI: Dark Motives - There are other puzzles to solve.
Other than that, the game is interesting. The cases are interesting. But sometimes they can be a bit frustrating trying to find out what piece of evidence will crack the case for you.
Another frustrating thing is the fact that you cannot do anything while the characters are speaking. But I've discovered that right-clicking or hitting the spacebar cancels the current speech. However, when you are required to answer questions at the end, some of the questions are based on what was said.
Try it and see for yourself. Have fun.
CSI Miami [Posted on 2007-09-15] Csi Miami is a great game with life like plots, recommend it to any one
In deep water on a deflating life raft. [Posted on 2008-02-25] This game could be fun, aside from it's static interface and little animation which can be forgiven due to it's age, if the level dificulties were gradually increased. Instead, the game throws you in the first scenario - that is just as difficult as the last - and you are left staring at the screen for hours stuck and frustrated. Most games start on an easy level and become more difficult as you go along but not this one. This takes all the fun out of it and even after I went online and printed out the step-by-step solution for the first level, it was still daunting and the list was so long. If you can afford to give up a few weeks of your life to this game or you are a genious with nothing better to turn your talent towards, then you could tackle it.
