Not worth it [Posted on 2007-10-08] I connected my Samsung 42" DLP to my MacBook Pro using this cable.
The image quality was OK. My computer has a Radeon X1600 video board. I tried the different resolutions that my TV supports and I everything worked. However, when I connected the computer to my stereo, a nasty noise (white noise, like bad ground) would appear. If the video cable was disconnected the audio from the laptop would play just fine. Needless to say, I've returned the cable to get some other brand.

Did what I want it to do... [Posted on 2007-11-24] I go this product a while back for my Comcast cable box to my Pioneers Plasma. The Comcast Motorola box had dvi out put and component out. I try both and can't tell the quality difference. So its pretty good. The picture is clear and I have no complaints yet.
Cables [Posted on 2008-07-02] Connected this cable to my TV and to a HDMI Sat. Receiver. Worked fine to begin with then the colors went crazy and stayed with the wrong color and bad image. Cable was well constructed but something caused problems. When things went funny the audio went off and would not come back on through that cable.
Yup, it's a cable [Posted on 2008-08-18] It certainly gets the electrons from my video card to my monitor. What will they think of next ???
