I use this cable daily to plug my ipod nano (2nd generation) into the stereos where I teach. It works well, travels well thanks to the retractable cord, and since the part where it plugs into the ipod is slender, I DON'T have to remove my Belkin Acrylic Case Belkin F8Z130 Clear Acrylic Case with Carabiner Clip for iPod Nanos (2nd gen) from my ipod in order to use the cable; I can use it with the case in place.

I bought this because I need a 90deg plug like in the picture but the product I received was not like the picture the plug was straight.
other then that it works as intended.
