Amazingly good quality...just don't be startled by the package [Posted on 2007-10-26]
Obviously a terrific price, but since you usually get what you pay for I was a bit skeptical. I was also eager for a good deal and I know that Amazon stands behind its third-party sellers with an excellent buyer protection program. So I placed an order.

The shipment arrived several days EARLIER than expected, with the right number of items, in the right color mix. Good so far.

I was expecting the packaging to look pretty much like "real" cartridges, or for it to list my printer model. While the black cartridges did this, the color cartridges listed lots of models, but NOT mine. Also, the protective plastic cap looked very different. I had several worried moments until I unwrapped one cartidge, prepped it for installation, and compared it to the Canon cartridge from my printer. They were IDENTICAL!

I popped the new cartridge into the printer and it worked beautifully. The inks mixed well, the color saturation was even, the hue was correct...it's a great cartridge, at a splendid price.

I recommend these cartidges...and this vendor...with enthusiasm. Just don't be put off when the packages you get don't (at first) look like what you've been using.

Excellent delivery time. The ink cartridges worked with my Canon printer i550. The colors are as good as the Canon cartridges. The price was excellent. I definitely recommend it.

Be cautious [Posted on 2008-03-29]
I thought the price was amazing for this product since the total for 5 cartridges was less than the price of a single Canon brand cartridge. I installed all cartridges together on my S630. While the black cartridge worked fine, the color ones kept dripping ink from them after only a few weeks. Eventually, when I realized the bottom of the print head was saturated in ink from the color tanks, I just removed them and replaced them with the previous empty ones. To make matters worse, my printer stopped working all together because I needed a new print head. The new print head cost $52. My printer is an older model, but the timing was suspicious. In the future, I will stick with Canon brand.

In my opinion the ink is poor in quality, doesnot work very good in my Canon S630. Pictures printed comes out with red tint,or bule tint,Cain't get true yellow. And ink dries or runs overnite, making the first printing streaky blurred. Also had trouble getting ink to feed out of some of the cartridges.

cheap but cheaper quality [Posted on 2008-07-31]
The black works fine, my only complaint is that the ink is a bit heavy so it shows through the paper on the other side. The color ones worked for a bit, but it didn't come out the right colors and after a while they just stopped completely. From this, I'd much rather buy the authentic Canon ones because these don't guarantee anything.
