This software has text recognition, that will automatic rotate text which can save someone a lot of time.

You can also delete blank pages that are scanned based on the % of black pixels are that captured. Which will save time if you have to go back and remove blank pages from anything you are scanning.

Last but not least CapturePerfect can save you're documents scanned in many different viewable formats. (PDF, TIF, etc)


When I used CapturePerfect it saved me a lot of time, it was well worth the price ($80). However with that said it did have a few bugs that caused me to reboot the computer to continue scanning. I believe there is a memory leak issue with the program or maybe it wasn't built to scanning thousand of documents a day. (I only had to reboot aprox every other day)
