The Look...The Sound...Flawless [Posted on 2005-12-25] These speakers are an amazing deal. I compared them to the "Bose Companion 2" that go for almost the same price, and these blew the Bose out of the water. Then I compared them to the "Bose Companion 3" that go for almost twice the price and they sounded almost identical. I am a huge fan of Bose, yet I can't help feeling that they dropped the ball on multimedia speakers. The remote could not be easier to use. You just turn the volume knob up and the speakers turn on. There is also a bass adjustment on the side of the remote. While the subwoofer is large, the sound it can put out is even larger. The audio cables that connect to the remote makes the system even easier to hook up to just about anything. I mainly use these speakers with my ipod, and the sound is far superior to those of the other small ipod speakers. The Look and the sound are flawless. WOUNDERFUL SPEAKERS.
Too good one for the price [Posted on 2007-10-09] These speakers are too good not only for the price but also for the output.I have been using these speakers for last 8 months.I am very much satisfied with quality of music it delivers. One important thing in it is it has bass control one can increase or decrease the bass according to ur wish.According to me it's like mini home theatre. If anyone want to buy then buy this one with no doubt.
Quality system...not too much money...versatile [Posted on 2007-10-10] This system can be used for hookup to tv, mp3, and, of course, computer. How versatile is that? Nice control fixture for sound volume adjustment and hookup of headphones/mp3 so you don't have to be reaching for maybe-inconveniently-placed speakers to adjust things. Quality fit and finish on the speakers. I would buy this set again in a heartbeat.
2 months later the sub woofer doesn't work [Posted on 2007-11-15] Well, initially I was happy with this setup. It was less expensive than a comparable Bose system I have for another computer. But, now after 2 months the subwoofer is not working anymore. I've double-checked the wiring but everything is still hooked up and no sound from the woofer. So, I can't recommend this system.
Great value for computer speakers [Posted on 2008-03-23] I bought these after researching many options. They seemed to be the best value for the money. Setup was easy, and the control is very easy to use. These won't play extremely loud without distortion, but produce enough sound to be loud in one room. Also I wish the satellites were adjustable so the speaker could be tilted up or down as necessary. I'm very satisfied overall, the sound quality is excellent. The titanium drivers reproduce high frequencies without being 'tinny', the bass module will play very loud without being 'boomy', the midrange is good. I would buy these again.
