This card is amazing! It really makes a difference in the sounds you can hear from your speakers. THX certification is just an added bonus. I watch my movies on my computer instead of my "52 LCD because I haven't purchased a home entertainment system yet. Trust me the sounds in a movie help makes a big difference on your viewing experience.
The included software is easy to use and has many special effects like Concert Hall, Chapel, and many more. I hear sounds that I've never heard before from the on-board sound chip.
