I've had my Zen V for about a year now. And I've had this case for a few months. I love it. I wanted to find something that was soft and easy to get on or off. The only thing is I wish there was a screen protector. But I have yet to get a scratch on the screen. Its great, I deffinately recommend it.

I found this case fragile and very difficult to get the player into. I was very careful and patient, but still managed to rip the case the first time I tried to get the player into it. Also, the case covers the play/pause and volume controls. I'm sure the controls are still usable, but be aware that they are covered. The case did not include a belt clip. Overall, I'm sorry I wasted my money on this item.
