I am surprised..I have their other products and I was always satisfied with the speakers I have received in the past. However, I received used speakers and the speakers did not work. I believe it was the co. that sold me the unit. I used this unit as batting practice since they would not give me a refund or return them for exchange.

I have had a set of these speakers for over 5 years. I bought them only because the new LCD monitor I bought had no internal speakers and I needed some kind of sound. They were one of the least expensive speakers available where I bought them. I'm telling you, these are decent speakers for less than $20 at a retail store. I was impressed when I got them. Since then I have gotten iTunes and iPod and play music on my computer while I work and they work good. I would suggest using a music player with EQ controls so you can adjust the levels that sound best for you.

I was skeptical at first about ordering do to the low price of the product. First off shipping was right on time. And when I opened them and hooked them up is when the suprise came. They sounded as good or better than higher priced speaks I have seen a the major eletronics stores. If you want great sound at a low cost .These are the best bang for your buck.

When I first connected these speakers to my PC I was disappointed. The bass was overpowering the midrange and treble. I did some tuning using the equalizer in Windows Media Player and the sound is greatly improved. Real Player, Winamp Player, and others have tone controls or equalizers also. Use the players help screen to find the option. Ipod players also feature equalization. Enjoy.
