I have no idea why the previous reviews complain that the text is fuzzy. Out of the box I set it up to the recommended resolution of 1280 x 1024. No problem. Color and text are great! I'm running Windows XP Professional with a GE Force LE 5700 graphics card.

I recently built my own PC, and I had to have this monitor. I was not disapointed. The Picture quality is incredible, and the size is awesome. I recommend this monitor. It was easy to hook up, and it does not hurt my eyes. You will be satisfied with this monitor. I watch movies, and play games on this and the quality is just great.

I have to admit- I was hesitant at first after reading some online reviews. But for the price this is a lot of monitor for the money! The picture is very sharp (after adjusting the screen resolution in the xp control panel) and the brightness and colors offer a wide range of adjustments!

Most of all I love the fact that this monitor takes up soo little space on my desk. At the same time the 19 inch size is plenty for viewing at a short distance! Get this monitor- you won't regret it!!!

False Advertising? - Wrong Product [Posted on 2007-10-01]
I specifically ordered a E193 due to the fact that I am running dual monitors and wanted them to line up.
I received an E196, and when I told him that he sent the wrong one, the response was that the E193 has been discontinued, and replaced with the e196. However, he is still offering the E193 for sale, but says that he doesn't have them any longer.
The E196 IS nice and clear, and I am not sending it back, as he DID offer to refund the money. But he is also still advertising that he has the E193. Just an FYI.
