It doesn't clean very well, and the scratches are still on the DVDs...I'm affraid to use the buffing part of the kit, don't want to ruin any of my movies beyond repair...I guess I should have bought one of the more expensive devices...

I ordered this around December first for a Christmas gift. When I finally started calling them they said they never received the order. I wish I could tell you if it worked or not but I never received it...I won't order from this seller again. :(
