I have a Nvidia Geforce 7600 GT and an old TV without s-video in. But no s-video adapter came with the card. Local Best Buy had one, but for $25!!! Buy this instead. It works and is cheap.

I was trying to run s-video to s-video from pc to tv and was continually getting a black-and-white picture. I decided to use this little gizmo instead and run s-video to RCA and voila! - problem solved - we can now watch Netflix downloads on our larger screen tv.
