I am one of the head techs for a very large company.

My company ordered approx 250 of these and I have had about 6 or 7 fail on me within 2 months of installing them. That's about a 3% failure rate which I guess isn't bad. Everything else seems very well designed.

Overall I would say this is a great flat panel and gets the job done.
