I purchased the Metal Case for my Dell Axim x51v and have been very satisfied with the protection it offers. It has a slot for one additional SD card. I would have preferred two slots.
The case has protected my Dell from several fall from my desk to the ground, from my car seat to the ground, and out of my briefcase. The back and front covers no longer line up perfectly, but the Dell is fine. The pin on the hinge works up or down as the case is opened, but is easy to push back in place.
I really appreciate the case when I use an extended battery. For some reason, the cover provided with the larger battery does not latch correctly, but the pressure from the metal case keeps the latch secure and the Dell from resetting. Before I bought the case, I used tape to keep the latch locked closed.
