I was looking for a USB keyboard to reduce the number of cables flowing down the side of my desk with the intent of plugging everything into a single USB hub (our cats sometimes like to chew the cables, and stuffing them into plastic tubing doesn't always prevent this). Also, I wanted a keyboard with a layout identical to the original Dell keyboard it was replacing. This keyboard fit the bill and has two USB ports on the bottom/rear as well, eliminating my need for a hub.
I am using this with a Dimension 2350, and because the keyboard did not come with the DellTouch driver CD (Ebay purchase), I ended up installing driver R42232 from the Dell web site to enable the use of the multimedia keys. The volume control keys work exactly as expected, and I just figured out that the navigation keys work with Windows Media Player.

Bought this a a much lower cost here than from the Dell site. Keyboard is in perfect working condition and move mom loves it!
