The Discovery Speed Detector worked to perfection. We tested it repeatedly, under adverse conditions, during my daughter's science project. We needed an inexpensive way to gauge the speed of a radio controlled car with different types of batteries. It worked well every time and gave us reliable information. For the inquisitive and/or imaginative child, it would be a great toy.
