cheap and works great [Posted on 2008-01-13] Instead of going to a store and spend >$30 for this type of cable, why not buy the same thing for $3 plus shipping (~$9 in total) and enjoy!
Good product - excellent value [Posted on 2008-03-03] This product works great and cost less than $8 (incl. shipping) - a tiny fraction of what the more popular brands cost. Arrived from Eforcity in a few business days.
Great for PS3 to DVI on HDTV [Posted on 2008-04-29] Inexpensive and picture looks great on Samsung DLP with DVI (no HDMI) Connected to PS3. Audio routed through RCA stereo plugs.
excellent price and it works [Posted on 2008-05-13] So far I cannot tell any quality difference between this and the WAY over-priced brands. If it works? Don't fix it. Price can't be beat.
DVI-end connectors didn't fit well [Posted on 2008-06-26] I used this cable to connect my MacBook Pro to a humongous HD Screen. Worked beautifully, once I got it connected.
However, the mechanical fit of the 18-prong plus 1 prong end, the part that fit into the computer, was not so good. It took a little wiggling back and forth to make it happen, and that made me nervous. This would be a fine cable to connect once, and always have connected, for example to a little Mac Mini, or some other always-connected-to-your-HD computer. But for a laptop that you want to connect on an as-needed basis, I'd say it's okay to pay more for a cable that's better machined.
