I was skeptical about a product that boasts so many claims, but so far, I've found that it has met expectations.
I was interested in getting my water in the Philadelphia area to be soft much like that of my summer home in the Poconos. My skin and hair always look great when I am up there. Plus, throw in some claims that you'll use less detergent, soap and generally be able to clean heat better, I had to test this out. Water softeners are extremely expensive and upkeep is a hassle and time-consuming. After a quick installation onto my incoming water pipe, I started noticing softer water and better soap lathering in my shower. I bought the Clearwave water conditioner HD version. It took 30 minutes to install and is working great. No salt to buy and drag into the house or basement. Plug it in and it works.
One of the guys at work is now buying it just so he does not have to pay for the salt. That will pay for itself in one year. He did the research on how an why it works for himself. Now he is buying it.
