This is a great Thermometer. Works very well, great for piercing insulation
and getting a temperature without having to break apart the insulation on
pipes. Easily hangs on duct grilles/registers. The only negative thing about
this product is that it takes a few seconds to get the actual reading, which doesn't
really bother me, but would be nice to just put it up against an a/c vent and get
the reading right away as opposed to waiting a few seconds until the temp. reading
balances out.

As an avid baker of Artisan breads, I've found this digital thermometer perfect for checking the temperature of my dough, water, and finished bread. It's very accurate and because it folds shut, it stores safely and the bright yellow color makes it easy to find in my utensil drawer. A super product.
