The notebook surpassed my expectations by a long shot. I was very impressed. Unlike my experience with eBay, Amazon for what ever reason was a better experience. The seller of my newly referbished notebook was extreamly helpful! Even with my 10,000 emails, Doug was very cool. I won't buy from any where else!
