using this paper (loose) is a great deal easier than packaged reams. i had run out some time ago and was struggling with the wrapped reams. much better, easier to store and access.
Lots of paper, no wasted wrapping paper [Posted on 2008-07-21]
I love the fact I can now buy a lot of paper and not have to deal with the unwanted wrapping paper. This is very nice since unlike high end printers that hold 500 sheets at a time my little printer only hold 100 sheets. Leaving me with open paper just waiting for something bad to happen to it.
The nice thing about the 2,500 sheet carton, is after you open it take what you need you can put the lid back on it and keep it clean and dry.
The problem I have is the first batch is actually taller than the top of the box, causing the potential of papers spilling over when you open it. But if you turn off your fans, this shouldn't be too big of a problem.
Flimsy paper [Posted on 2008-07-22]
While the price is right on this box of loose paper, it is has a major shortcoming: it is very flimsy. Usually, I buy 24lb paper, and I didn't realize the plunge from 24 to 20 would be so drastic, but it is. So, I just use this paper as draft paper, and when I need to print out an essay for college etc., I pop in the 24 lb paper.
I gave 5 stars because it is not HP's fault that I didn't know the drastic difference in paper weight etc. In the end, paper is paper!

Not only did I buy this product due to the reasonable price but also because I don't need to tear reems open, it's there. 2500 sheets is economical and will last me for a long time
