AWEFUL Customer Service SHOPGOPRO IS BAD [Posted on 2008-03-22]
BUYER BEWARE
I ordered two and the first one was damaged in shipping. ShopGoPro responded quickly by both phone and email and resolved the problem. They were very responsive and the second cartridge is perfect.
So at that time I was very impressed with the customer support and would purchase from this company again knowing that. You never know until you have a problem!
So they called me and asked me to remove my BAD rating - I did and I gave them a favorable review.
BUYER BEWARE - if you remove a BAD seller rating you can not replace it... but you can continue to review the product.
The product was damaged - I gave they called and were very nice on the phone - MONTHS later I have not received my replacement cartridge even though I returned the defective one.
SO I have paid for 2 and only have one!
They are not answering emails and now I regret having removed the bad rating. They were rather frantic about having me remove it because it was the end of the quarter. My time is valuable to me and the time spent complaining is certainly NOT worth the cost savings.
