It's a Genuine sealed HP Toner Cartridge. It worked perfectly. Amazon price was much lower then any retail outlet.
Update: I've been using the same cartridge for almost a year now, and it's still going strong.

The cartridge in my HP LaserJet 6L was running out of toner and I needed a replacement. I am disappointed with the Office Depot equivalent I purchased as a trial and have gone back to original equipment.
