Don't buy anything from HP [Posted on 2008-10-08]
I purchased this notebook to amazon (Elecsurf computers on dec, 22nd, 2007. (Amazion O/N: 002-7320659-2893856). It seems to have serious issues with the graphics. Actually I cannot use it, cause threre is not display at all (Only ramdon squares and lines). I tried to bring my notebook to HP service in Venezuela and they told me they couldn't do anything because it had been bought in the USA !!!.

So I called a 1-800 number they gave me to contact HP service in the USA and when they asked me to locate the serial number on the sticker at the bottom, SURPRISE!!! there is not S/N, only the model number and a bar code.

Right now I feel like I'd being purchasing a product in a morocco flea market.

HP does not represent to me a quality anymore. Therefore, I suggest you to redirect your options for notebooks or printers to other major brands.

Quality and service are not priorities for this company that survives for it's name.

P.D. Forget about Elecsurf Computer returns policies. There's none.
