Slow Computer at Expensive Price [Posted on 2007-08-25] I bought this computer for my online graduate education but have ended up using my four-year-old desktop instead for most of the work. This computer is extremely slow and just stops working at least once a day. I would never buy this computer again. In fact, I am in the process of returning it. Do not purchase this laptop unless you want a slow computer at an expensive price!
Good computer to run Itunes! [Posted on 2007-08-29] I bought this piece of crap about 6 months ago. I paid $2300 for it direct from HP..
It locks up every time I use it, it has a terrible keyboard with a tiny right shift key that I just can never find.
when your pointer goes across an app icon it tries to launch the app whether you want to or not. Same with the internet it opens everything the pointer crosses.
I installed Vista and it went from bad to worse.. programs won't run.
I now have a $2300 juke box! I hate it!
I too use my old dell p.c... It's going to be a while before I can afford to buy another but when I do I'll do some research first.
