I love this product. I use it with my Samsung Sync as well as my husband's Sony Ericsson to back up our contact and download pictures. I had no problem installing it or using it.

I bought this adapter after purchasing a new bluetooth smartphone. Looking at all the different adapters, I saw a lot of them had poor reviews, either due to range issues or support for Vista, or general driver support. This one had mostly positive reviews, so I gave it a try. It works fantastically. Within a minute or two, I had my phone synching with my PC through bluetooth. This is with Vista Ultimate 32-bit. No problems at all. No slowdown issues on the PC, and I'm not sure how far the range really is, but I was able to synch with my pc from two rooms away with no problems at all. I have not had any issues staying connected. Well worth the price.

Very poor quality product. Package was difficlut to access, CD was damaged and no online support to locate the drivers was available. Do Not Purchase

Works with Vista; I can connect my HP 211 ! There is NO cap on the top.
