Great game for ALL ages [Posted on 2007-10-10] I've purchased a few I SPY games for my son. These are great games for ALL ages. I even enjoy playing them. Uses memory skills and are fun to play together.
Note: Mac OS 9 only [Posted on 2008-01-13] Love the game, my 5-year old can play by herself, she can read the items to find or have them read to her when she has difficulty.
One drawback, had to get out an old Mac, this game will not work on OS X native, it requires OS 9, will not play well unless the computer boots in OS 9.
mom of 3 [Posted on 2008-01-20] I played this game with my 7 and 3 year olds, and enjoyed it as much as they did. Younger children enjoy looking for the hidden items, older children navigating through the various scenes. Some of the scenes were wider than my screen, and I did not know how to reduce them, which made finding some objects difficult. I plan to buy several more of these to give as birthday gifts.
Hours of enjoyment [Posted on 2008-03-26] My son is 5 and thoroughly enjoyed this game. The only problem was the reading of the clues was not consistent. It would drop the last half of the sentence, therefore I had to help him read every clue. He also plays I Spy Spooky Mansion and I Spy Fantasy and we had no sound problems on those games.
He loves finding the clues and then using the clues to find the treasure. He plays for hours!
I Spy games are phenomenal [Posted on 2008-04-12] We own all the I Spy computer games. Both my 4-y-o son and 6-y-o daughter love to play them. They definitely learn a lot and are really using their thinking skills. Recommend them all!
