Incredible problem with Impact Fax Broadcast 4 port software [Posted on 2005-05-14]
I had purchased this software in February, 2005. From the start it would not work with more than one modem at the time. It would simply crash every time another port was open. After numerous e-mails with technical support I received a fix patch. Now it will not crush completely. It shuts down all ports but one or just freezes, so the faxes do not go out. When I purchased this software I had to sign a waiver of warranty. This product has no warranty! Also it has shut down sixty days after it was installed.I had to call back and have them reactivate program. As it happens, credit card companies have sixty days limit on chargebacks. Go figure! To this day I only get same response: Our engineers are working on it. Very sad response
