Highly recommended program from research I did on the net. It's fast on the Mac and easy to install and update. I hadn't had an antivirus program on my Mac for about a year and still didn't come up with anything. But want to make sure and also prevent myself from sending potential virus' to PC's. Great product, highly recommended.

I downloaded and installed the 30 Day Trial Version prior to my order of VirusBarrier X4. I'm glad the fully operational version is on the way and will be here before the trial expires. Four email PC viruses have already been detected. I won't be forwarding these to my PC friends.

freezes it up [Posted on 2008-02-13]
i installed program and on scanning hard drive on a brand new mac book pro hit 4% and it froze my mac up solid. i had to pull battery to restart. i let it go a few days and tried to scan again and the exact same thing happened. i then uninstalled it and put it on the shelf, a waste of money

Too bad there's no way to automate the update process.
I was surprised that it does not check my flash drive for viruses when I plug it in.
