small and looks really nice.. I gave it as a bday present to my girlfriend and she was very happy.. now I can hear her clearly from phone..this product helps alot...

Expected more for the price [Posted on 2008-09-30]
I am disappointed with this headset for two main reasons:

1) It does not cancel out wind noise. It can block out tv, radio and music types of sounds, but you still have to roll up the windows when you are driving.

2) The buttons (2 of them) do everything, but they are too overloaded with functions. The "call reject" button also cycles through the volume levels. But if you click it 3 times it does a "last number redial", so when you adjust the volume while listening to music on your phone, it dials the most recent number.

Other annoyances: The charger can hook into a PC's USB port, but you still have to carry it's charging cable because the headset does not have a USB port. I haven't found an audible low battery alert, but the LED does change color, though if it's your ear, you will never know until it cuts out.

Overall, it's fine, but for $100 I expected better.

It seemed to be better than the previous model in function only. As for fit I don't know what they were thinking with these ear clips. They can't be bent to correct fit issued and are pretty much useless. To make matters worse I have a physical occupation and this thing can't stay on my head correctly while moving around.

Fails in multiple criteria [Posted on 2008-10-01]
I was excited to receive this after all the press. I've owned 5 BT headsets so I was eager to get something with better noise cancellation for when I'm riding my bike. I did not have any problem with the fit to my face-- very snug with sensor clearly in contact with my cheek. So to my suprise, when I made a call with the Jawbone to my voicemail all I could hear was white noise! Two other headsets I've had could yield an ok conversation-- this was unintelligible. Also, the headset would randomly hang up on callers. And the battery life was poor (only got a day per charge). Maybe I had a defective unit because it looked like someone else's return when I received it from Amazon.

Bad Bluetooth [Posted on 2008-10-01]
This is a bad bluetooth. I am an average size guy, this bluetooth fits horribly so the sound assasination technology does not work or work against you. It hangs up all the calls while I am trying to put the blue tooth on. Apparently the people who made it dont use it.
