Loads of fun, whether playing alone or with a group! [Posted on 2007-08-13] What a great game for parties and get-togethers! It's always sure to provide a few good laughs. The songs on this game are popular hits that most everyone knows. It offers a way to sing karaoke, but also makes it a bit of a challenge, knowing that you can get boo-ed off the stage or trying to beat each other's scores. One of the best features of this game is the two-mics mode, where you can sing duets. This game also offers sing and dance mode, where you can combine karaoke with the dance revolution game - this is really quite hard though! We have played this in teams, where one person sings and the other dances! Regardless how you use this game, it's sure to provide plenty of fun and LOTS OF LAUGHS for you and your friends!
Best Game Ever! [Posted on 2007-09-30] Karaoke Revolution Party is a great purchase. Guys and girls both love the selections. Duet mode is great, and some songs have you harmonize. I would tell anyone who is thinking about buying it, that it is well worth it.
Fun game for a group [Posted on 2008-01-02] I bought this game for my fiance's 9yr old. We all had fun playing the competitive games; the karaoke wasn't that fun. The people who ended up liking the game the most were myself and my fiance's 12yr old. The 9yr old really liked creating the characters. The variety of songs was good. In addition to buying the game I bought an extra mic, but after a couple days one of the mics stopped working.
SUCKSSSS [Posted on 2008-03-27] This Game was a complete and utter disapointment. First of all, there really arn't many songs that are acturally good, but more than that, the microphone would simly refuse to go into the ps2!!!!! It was constantly falling out, stopping the game and forcing us to hold the chip in for just a few seconds of pure singing. Also, for some reason, the disk crashed, deleting all memory from the game, forcing us to start over. Now we simply do not play it, and we regret the waste of money this piece of junk game and Mic turned out to be
KR [Posted on 2008-04-09] I love the songs on this disc. However, it is not really compatible with the PS3. So sometimes, one of the two microphones do not work and shut off. When you reboot the PS3, it still doesn't work. So be wary of this.
